You're FRIED is a free wellness tool, not a medical device. Use it to track patterns and build awareness, but talk to a real human professional if you're struggling. Be decent, and we'll keep building something useful for you.
By downloading, installing, or using You're FRIED ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the App. Simple as that.
You're FRIED is developed by Gamalier de Jesús ("we," "us," "our").
You're FRIED is a personal wellness tracking tool designed to help you monitor patterns in your mood, stress, sleep, and energy over time. The FRIED Score is a self-reported index based on data you provide — it is not a clinical measurement.

FRIED is available to anyone age 4 and older. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the App. We do not require account creation or collect personally identifiable information beyond what you voluntarily enter in the App.
All data you enter into FRIED (check-ins, scores, notes, your name) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to it. You own your data completely.
You can delete all your data at any time through Settings → Data → Delete All Data. Uninstalling the app also removes all data permanently.

You're FRIED, including its name, logo, design, scoring algorithm, UI components, and all associated branding, is the intellectual property of Gamalier de Jesús. All rights reserved.
The FRIED Score algorithm, visual design elements, and in-app content are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written permission.
We aim to keep You're FRIED available and running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may release updates that change features, fix bugs, or modify the App's behavior. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
You are responsible for keeping your device and iOS version up to date to ensure compatibility.
You're FRIED is provided “as is” and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamalier de Jesús shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, mental distress, or any health-related decisions made based on information provided by the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is $0, since You're FRIED is free).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gamalier de Jesús from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
The App may contain links to external websites (such as yourefried.com). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites or services.
Your use of Apple's App Store is governed by Apple's own terms and conditions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we'll provide notice through the App. Your continued use of FRIED after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Gamalier de Jesús is located.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
